Replace your meter

  • The meter is replaced in case of damage or obsolescence. If this damage is detected by the customer, the company must be notified with proof of damage (picture of the meter). Our employee will replaced the meter and you’re billing account adjusted according to the procedure.
  • In the case of the customer's insistence on changing the meter and it was found that after the examination that the meter works smoothly, the meter change charges are applied and borne by the customer.
